Founded by Heidi McCutcheon in 2025, Spur Advising provides strategic advising to growing businesses and established enterprises, with particular emphasis on financial oversight and analysis, operational structure, and risk management. Heidi brings more than twenty years of experience across economic development, business advising, and operations. She has held senior leadership and advisory roles supporting organizations across multiple industries and is known for her direct, results-oriented approach. Her work centers on translating complex financial and operational issues into clear, actionable guidance.

In recognition of her leadership and impact, Heidi was named a 40 Under 40 honoree by the Business Examiner in 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Economics from Concordia University and spent her undergrad years at University of Washington.
